Sound Recording Studio

The recording studio at Schreiner University consists of three rooms designed to accommodate various recording needs:

  1. Alex Wallace Rehearsal Hall: Equipped with an Earthworks Decca Tree (named after Decca Records, which invented the process in the 1950s), this hall is perfect for recording large groups such as orchestras and choirs.
  2. Dorman Ensemble Room: Ideal for smaller group recordings.
  3. Teeple Control Room: The heart of the studio, built in 2017, features state-of-the-art Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and Reaper Digital Audio Workstations.

With a full range of microphones, virtual instruments, and multiple keyboards, the creative possibilities are endless. Additionally, access to several grand pianos of different brands and sizes offers a unique learning experience deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
