Schreiner’s Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining student records, registering students for classes, certifying students for graduation, and advising students on the appropriate path to complete their degree plans. The registrar also supports students, alumnae, faculty and staff in providing services for Schreiner’s academic mission.

Schreiner University now offers transcript processing through Parchment, Inc. Follow the link above, their site will guide you through the ordering process step-by-step.
Your transcript can be issued as an official secure eTranscript or a paper copy. Paper copies can be sent by US Mail or FedEx.
Order status and order history is available online through the Parchment website and updates will be emailed from the system.
Students may include attachments if needed and specify a request be held until grades are final or a degree completed. Student signature is required for release but a third party with signed authorization can place an order.
Total fees for an electronic transcript are $10.00, and for a hard copy to be mailed via US Mail $12.50.
Please Note: Transcripts will not be issued if:
- you are a current student and it is the week of grade entry
- you have an outstanding balance in Financial Services, or
- you owe the Registrar a transcript from another school, college, or university.

Please fill out our Intent To Return Form. This form is for former students who have been out one semester only and who have not been enrolled at another college or university during that time. All others must go through Admissions.
