Schreiner University’s new STEMZone

The Schreiner University Hispanic Serving Institution – Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) grant has facilitated 5 programs, built 1 new facility, and in this past year engaged 175 students in activities. Come hear about the history of STEM at Schreiner University, current program activities and talk with the program coordinators and students about their perspectives. We will explore early student experiences with STEM Mountaineer Connection and STEM Learning Communities, engaging high-impact educational practices with STEM Undergraduate Research and STEMZone, and developing in and out of classroom experiences in STEM Faculty Development.

The cost to join Schreiner Alliance at this time is $120.

Members may bring a guest for $25. Please include guest’s name in your response.
