Ways to Pay

The Financial Services Office is here to help you pay your student account.

You can pay by:

  • Check via mail or in person
  • Credit card payments in person at the Financial Services Office and there is a 2.75% convenience fee
  • Credit or debit card payments through CASHNet, our online payment system, which offers 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access so you can make a payment when it is convenient for you
  • Cash, but for security reasons we urge you to do that in person so you receive a receipt before leaving the office

The Financial Services Office cannot take check, credit or debit card information over the phone.

Customize Your Payment Plan

Schreiner University provides convenient tuition payment plan options, giving you financial flexibility.

We’ve all been there; sometimes you just can’t pay the entire bill all at once. To meet this need, Schreiner University has partnered with TMS (Tuition Management Systems) to provide tuition payment plans that are easy and convenient—enabling you to pay all or part of your annual charges in installments – without interest. You simply:

  • Enroll online
  • Choose an annual or semester plan
  • Spend the time focusing on your studies instead of stressing about tuition!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can others make a payment on my behalf?

You now have the ability to designate a parent or guardian, or a third party payer, to view and pay your bills. You simply need to set them up as authorized users on CashNet. Once set up, your authorized users can then access the system directly to view your account transaction history and make payments.

Are there payment plan enrollment deadlines or fees?

Yes. Please review the following schedule for upcoming deadlines and fees:

What are my methods of payment?

Schreiner University offers several payment methods to students and parents:

  • In person in The Accounting Services Office – cash and checks only.
  • By mail – checks only.
  • Online via CASHNet – electronic eCheck, and credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa)

Parent Payment Login

How do I set up a Parent PIN?
  1. Log on to Schreiner One/Students/Financial Information and then into “Pay using CASHNet”
  2. Click on “Add New” in the Parent PINS box on the bottom left side of the page.
  3. Fill out the web document. An email will be sent to the parent with a Login and temporary password.
  4. Once the parent has received the email with the Login and temporary password, the parent should click on the Parent Payment Link below.
  5. Enter your Login and temporary password. The system will require that the password be changed.
Do I have to have a CASHNet login to make a payment online?


Student: will log in to Schreiner One/Students/Financial Information and then click on “Pay using CASHNet ” to make payments.

Parent: will need to be given access to CASHNet by their student.

Can I still pay online without paying a convenience fee?

To avoid the convenience fee, you can make online payments directly from your checking or savings account using eCheck (ACH). Simply enter the bank routing and account number on CASHNet.

Scheduled events such as Schreiner Saturdays offer a variety of information sessions led by faculty, admissions staff, and students to allow prospective students to see what Schreiner University has to offer.

Mountaineer Days

You will have the opportunity to experience campus on a tour led by a current student as well as meet with a faculty member and one of our admissions team members to talk about your application, scholarships and financial aid! Tours are available Monday through Friday at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM, and select Saturdays in the Spring.
