Mission: The Edington Society provides faculty and staff the opportunity to explore the University’s Presbyterian heritage and its commitment to the Reformed tradition; the experience of meaningful work and purposeful lives in a changing global society; and vocation/calling as both a concept and a practice.

Vision: Members of the Edington Society will enable the Schreiner community to live into the mission, history, values, and identity of the University and enable themselves to live into a professional identity that is vocationally driven.

Minimum Qualifications for Participation:

• Worked at Schreiner for at least three (3) years by August 2023,
• Not be working under a performance improvement plan,
• Willing to participate in all scheduled events in person on Wednesday mornings, and
• Completion of an application by August 1, 2023.
