    You can obtain this by completing the proper form on the VA website. Go to the site and select Apply for Education Benefits, then select Select Correct Form and answer the questions.

  1. VA 28-1905 (Sent to Schreiner University from your VR&E Counselor)

  2. DD-214 Member 4 (service member/veteran who transferred benefits unless still active duty or using Fry Scholarship)

Chapter 35 (Dependents’ Educational Assistance Program)

Chapters 1606 (Montgomery-Reserve/National Guard)

    You can obtain this by completing the proper form on the VA website. Go to the site and select Apply for Education Benefits, then select Select Correct Form and answer the questions. You will need to obtain a DD 22-2384 Notice of Basic Eligibility from your chain of command and submit it to the VA during this process.
