Summer Camp

The Schreiner Indoor Percussion Camp is a day camp for Hill Country based middle and high school students. Students will get the opportunity to work with some of the top percussion faculty in the region. Our faculty includes the Tivy High School Indoor Drumline staff, Mr. Josh Torres and Mr. Zarek Munoz., as well as Mr. Jonathan Shim, Schreiner University Drumline Coach. Each day will feature classes in drumline, front ensemble, synthesizer & electronics, and movement technique. Our final day will include a performance to showcase the music and skills learned throughout the course of the camp. While our time will primarily be focused on percussion education, we will also include some extra-musical fun activities, such as a DCI/WGI watch party and team-building games to help foster community and creativity. Lunch is provided each day at the Schreiner Diner.
