Schreiner University Proudly Presents: TexS Talks – Aspire to Achieve More

TexS LogoKerrville, TX–The TexS Talks event is an all new event being hosted by Schreiner University in association with the Kerrville area Toastmasters International. TexS Talks will be held on Nov 14, at 7p.m., in the Dietert Ferguson Chapel of the Junkin Campus Ministry Center.

This event is free and open to the public. Free parking and a reception will be provided. The TexS Talks event is modeled after the famous TEDx speeches given around the world.However, instead of one speech this event will provide five independent speeches covering a variety of topics. The event will include three speakers from Schreiner University – Dr. Sam Dreeben, Dr. Kristen McAlexander and Dr. Ryan Caesar –along with two speakers from Toastmasters International –Mr. Fred Gamble and Mr. Neil Powers.

“Schreiner University administration along with the Student Activities Board wanted to provide students an educational and informative event that would help in their college careers,” said Christian Valdez, Schreiner University student and event coordinator.
