Why did you choose Schreiner?
I loved how friendly everyone was and the smaller class sizes. I know everyone matters here.
How has Schreiner helped you reach your goals?
Schreiner has given me so many opportunities such as leadership roles and internships that keep me on my goal path.
What advice would you give to an incoming freshman?
I would say to dive in and get involved. Especially make sure to be yourself because you are accepted here.
Where is your favorite study spot?
I would say either my room or a booth in the library.

What RSO are you in and why did you join?
OLE, Greek organization, Mountaineer Mentor, Catholic Student Ministry, Ambassador, Green Society, Honors, and some others. I love being involved and helping others on campus.
Favorite campus events?
Día de Los Muertos and Bingo nights and sport games.
Why did you join a sorority?
I love having a group of women I can come to for absolutely anything without any fear of judgment. They constantly support and love me for who I am.
What has your experience in the Greek System?
I’ve only had positive experiences in the Greek System.
What’s your favorite Greek life event?
Pearl Ball or Deepher Dude
What’s it like to be a part of Greek life?
It is amazing and super supportive. It allows me to know and connect with other people that I may not have met in the other organizations I’m in or classes I’m taking.
Do you work on Campus? Which department? What is it like to be a student employee?
I am a mentor, note taker, and phonathon caller. Though these jobs aren’t necessarily part-time, I do get paid for what I do. There are many opportunities to make money on campus and it also keeps me accountable.
Who is your favorite Professor and why?
Though I have many favorite professors, I believe Dr. Shaw is one of the top ones. He has helped me through many of my problems or struggles with classes. I know that he believes in my ability to succeed. He also is how I got an internship off campus last semester that is also my job now. He’s kept me on my path and supported me every step of the way.
