SU to host summer volleyball camps

Howard Wallace, Schreiner University’s volleyball head coach, will host four volleyball camps this summer: middle school, high school, libero/ds specialty, position camp and a new college prep academy at Edington gym on SU campus.

Middle School Camp:   9 a.m.-4 p.m., June 17-19, for athletes entering fifth through eighth grade. The cost of the day camp is $145.

High School Camp:   9 a.m.-4 p.m., July 30-Aug. 1, for athletes entering ninth grade through high school seniors. The cost of the day camp is $145.

High School Libero/DS Specialty Position Camp:   9 a.m.-4 p.m., July 21, for experienced athletes ninth through 12th grade who want to take it to the next level—not a beginner camp. The cost of the camp is $55.

College Prep Academy:   July 17-19, 17 hours with an overnight option. This camp is for girls ages 16-18 (2014 sophomores to seniors) who are skilled and serious about playing volleyball during college. The cost of the camp is $165 for commuters (includes same hours of camp as residents) and $235 for residents (includes two nights and five meals).
