Schreiner forum to present Ron Hatchett

Schreiner University will present a talk by Dr. Ron Hatchett at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, in ballroom #2 on the second floor of the University’s Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center. Hatchett will speak on “The Arab Spring in Winter: An Update on the Revolution” as part of the University’s Cross Cultural Forum series sponsored by Schreiner’s Center for Innovative Learning.

Hatchett, a visiting professor and director of Global Studies at Schreiner, is an expert in foreign policy, European Studies and Middle Eastern Affairs, and a frequent commentator on local and national television and radio news programs. He also has taught at Texas A&M and the United States Air Force Academy, and spent 20 years as a U.S. Air Force officer dealing with intelligence and politico-military affairs.
