Susan Gibson is the next in a long line of top Texas singer-songwriters to headline at the Schreiner University Texas Music Coffeehouse, performing at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 2, in The Lion’s Den at the Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center.
Gibson is a Country Music Association award-winning songwriter, whose “Wide Open Spaces” performed by The Dixie Chicks sat at the top of the charts for four weeks. Her most recent release is “TightRope” (www.susangibson.com).
